Dr. Walner was amazing from the start. Very calm and caring with my scared son. We ended up needing surgery and I can’t imagine having a better doctor or staff. Thank you!
Dr. Walner is phenomenal! He performed our son's ear tube surgery and we have seen wonders sense. He takes the time to really educate parents on all aspects of pre and post op clinical information. Highly recommend!
He is straight and to the point, he doesn’t explain in layman terms and talks very fast, but he knows what he is doing and a VERY good doctor. He doesn’t rush into invasive tests or procedures, he will work to get to root of issue and treat before going to bigger and better. Also, he mindful of costs and ways to help patient control out of pocket expenses. Which is nice. I will take needs improvement on bedside, for competency and solid sound medicine any day.
Personally I did not like him for my son & I am glad he’s not his doctor. When he went to go look in my sons ears, he moved his head roughly to the side. My son hasn’t seen him before so he was crying because he was a new doctor/face to him so I thought he’d be more sincere but he wasn’t. I would not recommend him. We like Dr Casper but because of the situation we had to see Dr Walner. Hoping when I have to take my son back again in August we won’t have to see him.
He took his time with us and answered all our questions. Made us feel safe and that health precautions were being followed.
Poor bedside manner. Rather than asking me to provide consent to obtain my medical records from PCP, he told me to call my PCP to gather my medical info and then call his office with my lab and previous test results. I got the impression that he had no interest in looking into my medical records nor treating me.
Dr. Walner is always very kind and gentle when taking care of my daughter. At the same time, he is swift with his care, and gets right to the point. He explains things well and advises us as he would a family member. We are 100% happy with and 100% confident in Dr. Walner!
Very soft-spoken, gentle and nice with my child.
My son love dr Walner. Even though he scopes him he now sits for him because he knows he is in good hands
