Dr Sheppard is kind and considerate. Explains in detail your issues and how to best handle them. Never have we ever felt rushed. Excellent doctor!
Doesn’t seem like he can treat anything. He just refers you to other Drs. Useless to go to him

Dr, Sheppard cares about his patients and doesn't hesitate to perform the necessary tests to get results to your health issues. Janet is responsive, efficient and very caring. They make a great team with concern for your health.
If you want actual treatment or need medication, go elsewhere. I had symptoms from more than one organ system. I didn't get treatment for any of my problems - I got six referral slips to six different specialists. And when I called and asked for prescriptions for my routine medications, I received a voicemail telling me I would have to get my Pepcid from the gastroenterologist, my hormones from the gynecologist, my klonopin from the psychiatrist, etc. Befor I'd had time to visit any specialists
Dr. Shepherd is ok but his nurse Janet needs more instructions on how to follow Dr. Shepherd orders for his patients,ordering meds and returning phone calls.
