Never listens-there is so much I could say but don’t care to use my email,
Dr. Sheppard failed to contact me to follow up on my severe chronic pulmonary hypertension diagnosis. He merely wrote in the margin of the report to contact him if I had any questions. At that point, I determined that he was too incompetent to be my doctor. I sent the report to my VA nurse who immediately followed up on the life threatening condition, and I ended up receiving surgery at UCSD. I just can't believe some doctors can be so careless about their patients! I canceled all future appointments with Dr. Sheppard.
Dr. Sheppard is awesome, very thorough and considerate. Does not rush you. When ever necessary he always refers you to a specialist so you dont lose time. We always had a very positive experience with him
