He makes it easier to go to the doctor since I am one who does not like to go to doctors, dentist or hospitals. He is a great doctor. Very knowledgeable and makes it about the patient not hurry up and get to the next one. He is very thorough and gets you in and out in a short period of time.
The support staff are courteous, efficient, and professional. Dr. Sheppard is attentive and shows genuine care for my well-being. I appreciate his direct assessment. He thoroughly explains best practices for better health.
