Pleasant office staff. David Klumpar is a first-rate physician and a charming raconteur, as well. It is always a pleasure to see him.
Very inaccessible on the phone just to schedule an appointment. Tried calling for 3 days now but their phone system has no options to leave message . Frustrating. And I tried all phone numbers listed on their website.
Only reason I didn’t leave a 1 star is because they were prompt with my appointment time and the nursing staff was wonderful. The doctor however didn’t take the time to listen to me or my needs. His condescending tone indicated that I knew nothing and that he knew everything. Had to go to another practice for a second opinion and come to find out had the first Dr. Listened to me, then he would not have misdiagnosed me or wasted my time and money.
