David is responsive, professional, and a true artist. I struggled to find an ultra–low-profile trellis setting, but he made it happen—and nailed my vision on the first CAD. That’s only possible because he truly cares about aesthetics, design, and his customers. I’m in love with my ring. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and I know it’s a quality piece. I chose David Klass to reset my engagement ring so it now sits perfectly flush with my wedding band. He even sent me a 3D print to try first and was incredibly professional, communicative, and accommodating with my timeline. I am so please to have chosen David Klass for a custom engagement setting.
10/10 experience. I live on the east coast so I was not able to meet David in person or visit his shop so we only corresponded online. With that being said, the professionalism, punctuality and general willingness to work with me via email was unmatched.
