Extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Junkin. I came in with a broken collarbone injury and was told it would “heal on its own,” which turned out to be completely wrong. There was no chance of that happening and even if it did, it wouldn't have allowed me to get back to surfing 100%. I lost weeks of precious recovery time when I should have been operated on immediately. Dr. Junkin was very helpful and thorough when helping my mother with a torn rotator cuff. The surgery went well, and she was able to recover her range of motion over the following year. The doctor was very attentive to our concerns.
