same as other reviews ... dont call them... David is super rude person. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
I also used MetLife Legal for consultation. He expressed no empathy or effort in understanding my problems 😡😤. He just recited answers you could find off Google when I asked him what are current issues or if there were any similar issues he'd face that's applicable to what I was trying to solve. He couldn't tell me anything I would deem useful and was in a rush to get me off the phone🙄😒. Shame on MetLife Legal for a lousy interface for not even filtering out low-quality people like this!!
Wish I have read the reviews here before calling David. He is not well articulated and unprofessional. I was looking for an attorney to advise on real estate purchase, he literally asked who will pay for the legal fee. I replied the Met Life Legal Plan, then he said he cannot help me, and hang up.
Do not know anything during inquiry call. Glad I will never call him again.
Don't waste your time. Terrible experience to talk to him.
