The service procedure that I went to get was scary, but he made it very pleasant also very helpful and he’s very caring of his patients.
Short wait time, friendly staff, caring doctor and intern
Although Dr. Jupina was running a bit behind today due to surgery, the staff let me know he was running behind when I checked in, my comment to them was “that because he spends as much time as needed with his patients. He treats us like the people we are and I never feel like a number with him. If he was tied up in surgery longer than scheduled, it was because another patient needed a little bit more time than anticipated. “ Dr. Jupina is amazing.
Dr. Jupina has an unusual perspective as a surgeon. He did everything possible to avoid surgery. PT resolved the problem with one shoulder and only after PT was unable to address the issues with my other shoulder did he perform surgery. It went very well and post-op rehab form his PT team was excellent.
Dr. Jupina did a great job on my surgery! Very kind and knowledgeable. He spoke to me on my level and answered ALL my questions.
I always appreciate that he is prepared for my visits. He is clearly busy but always takes the time to answer my questions and keep me moving forward toward an optimal result from the surgery .
Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Jupina taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Highly recommended.
