It was my first visit and I felt rushed. He started heading towards the door as I was still asking questions. It was a 5 minute total visit with doc.
It was check up. As always he comes in with a smile. He listens to me and we worked out plan for next steps.
Dr. Jupina is very professional and listens to his patients. He is very accomodating and tries to help his patients regarding treaments. He does not rush during consultation and answer patients questions and concerns.
Dr Jupina is straight forward yet caring & sympathetic.
I was quite pleased with my first visit with Dr. Jupina. He was thorough taking a series of x-rays of my left leg. We then discussed my issues. I left with physical therapy appointments, a follow up appt. scheduled and medication recommended. I feel like I have started down the road to recovery.
Been a client for years. Dr Jupina for ulna fracture in 2003, hip discomfort recently and now cracked kneecap. He listens to you. He is frank with you about your injury or condition. He answers your questions. He will make sure he understands how you injury happened.
I have been a patient of Dr. Jupina for over a year. I came upon him quite by accident as I had a fall and broke my patella. The doctor at ER reached out to him after my diagnosis. I was in need of surgery and felt very comfortable with Dr. Jupina and his office upon first meeting. Dr. Jupina explains everything in detail, has a calm demeanor and cheers you on as you continue to make progress. His staff is also friendly and thorough.
