Today, my appt was at 3.10pm. I checked in at 2.58. I waited for a long time before I got called inside at 3.34 . The Doctor came at 3.45 but then realized that we might need an authorization from the insurance. I had to change another appt that I had at 4.00 pm because I was still waiting. Finally, the patient coordinator came and said that she had applied for insurance authorization but they hadn't gotten back and also the notes somehow say my appt is for the HA shot on the left knee though actually it is for the right kne... read more

He completed a total knee replacement and I’m moving better than ever four days later.
My doctor was knowledgeable of my condition and I agree with the proposed treatment. He was careful while manipulating my arm.
