Always a pleasure to see Dr. Hergan.
I received hip arthroscopy surgery and he did an amazing job. I am pleased with the end result of my procedure and he always has time to listen to your concerns/questions. I would highly recommend him for any hip issues. Thank you Dr. Hergan!

My experience with Dr. Hergan has been great. He takes his time, listens to his patients, and puts you totally at ease. It's very obvious he loves what he does and is quite skilled at it. He replaced my left hip due to osteoarthritis, and every step since has been a positive. He is a great doc and a fine man!
I broke my wrist & went to Middlesex Hosp ER on 3/4. Hergan was the "attending" ortho. After 3 hours PA said the dr. wasn't coming & I should call his office in the am for an appt. After 4 calls, at 2:30 I was told that he was a very busy surgeon & in surgery so I should be patient. I asked for another Dr - this isn't their "policy" since he was my "attending" the night b4. Really? he never showed! Final result was an order for CAT scan & an appt on 3/24! Horrible!! He & his staff don't care
During my second to last appointment, he walked out in the middle of me asking him questions. Last week, he was unaware that his office had been prescribing me a narcotic. His PA has now signed off on 2 scripts since February, and a colleague one a year ago.
