The experience with the office staff and doctor was great. Getting through the original switchboard to schedule the appointment I waited 30 minutes before someone finally answered.

I was told he's very personable but I like humanity in my doctors. He's slowly showing humanity. He says surgery is a last resort a lot when I've never asked for surgery. He does apologize for the pain he causes during each exam.
