Great first visit with Dr Franz - the office is very nice and the staff is great! They made it very easy and love their use of technology (appointment reminders etc..) Loved the way they worked with Delta Dental as I got an estimate of all charges before my first visit.
I am a new patient at this office and was very impressed with the staff and Dr. Franz. The office was very clean and neat while the staff very friendly and professional. I felt very welcome there and really liked my hygenist who gave me great advice and was very kind. (Sorry I do not recall her name) Dr. Franz was also wonderful and spent time explaining things and answering my questions. I will certainly return to this office as well as send my friends! Thank you all for your professionalism and hospitality!
I had my second cleaning last week and again was so impressed with the staff, technicians and Dr. Franz. A warm greeting upon arrival, a 3 minute wait, a careful and thorough cleaning by Cara, and a final check by Dr. Franz. This was a great experience, especially for someone who dreads going to the dentist! This office has all the latest equipment and technology, and they pride themselves on their patient care. I highly recommend.
I'm certainly not a fan of going to the dentist. However, I actually look forward to the conversations with the hygienists and Dr. Franz. They are very genuine, kind people. The service is great, and they take your comfort into consideration at all times.
Very comfortable atmosphere. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and gave me tips I've never heard from my dentist of 15 yrs. Our whole family in in.
As always, my cleaning and check-up were a breeze. In and out as scheduled and the staff (receptionist, hygienist and doctor) were thorough and gentle.
Dr. Franz is an amazing dentist. Very well trained and able to tend to all your dental needs. Saw me for the first time and was able to do my root canal right there that day. He didn't have to send me to anyone else. His staff is very friendly and understanding. Nice home feel and everyone seems to remember who you are every time you come for a visit.
Doesn't take long to know one is in good hands when you are in a chair at the DJF offices
My front tooth cap came off at a dinner on Monday night and a friend gave me the website of Dr. Franz. The office is closed on Tuesday, but he, his wife and their baby girl showed up at work to help me. I've never received this kind of service from doctors I've been with for years let alone from a total stranger. I believe I've found my new dentist!
