I love going to Dr. Franz's office! Everyone there is so nice, and the office is beautiful and welcoming. Kera did a wonderful job with my cleaning-- my teeth have never felt better!
Appointment was on time, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I liked that they explained what was happening each step of the way.
Dr.Franz and his staff are so friendly and professional! I am terrified of dentists so bad that I hadn't been in awhile I heard about Dr.Franz and thought I'd give it a shot. Him and his staff were very welcoming. They took their time, explained everything, and made me feel comfortable. I'm now not as scared! I would definitely recommend Dr.Franz and his team!
Dr Franz and his team were all professional, courteous, caring and up to date on new dental techniques. They answered all my questions and instructed me on how to take the best care of my teeth.
I Was greeted by friendly receptionist and dentasl assistant. Did not have to wait, was taken into dental chair right away. My wisdom tooth was extracted without pain and I was treated with care and reassurance. I never hesitate to recommend Dr. Franz. Miriam Kinard
Jackie cleaned my teeth and took extra time to talk to me about a spot of sensitivity I was having. During the cleaning, she identified the sensitive spot and even offered to let me try some strips that would help with the sensitivity due to a slight gum recession. It was so nice to be able to walk away knowing that I didn't need to be concerned. She also communicated with Dr. Franz about that spot before I had a little filling done so that he could take extra care to not bother during the filling. Dr. Franz did a great job ... read more
