This is a great realtor, I have heard great things
David put our home on MLS Thursday, multiple showings + offers that weekend, then went under contract Tuesday, we accepted an offer for $5000 over asking! We had actually interviewed a few local agents, and we knew right away David was going to sell our home. Awesome pictures, priced our home right, proactively followed up after each showing to get feed back, in constant contact with us even when we were no longer local, and living out of state.
