Another Dermatologist who makes you come back over and over to address an issue that could be taken care of in a single visit. This place is a bill factory. Avoid.
I have suffered with horrible psoriasis for many years. The doc and staff have been very helpful with getting medications and I look and feel much better than I have in a long time.
This was the worst experience I ever had with a doctor. I went in with a problem and they never told me what to do to make it better. They told me to google it. I then had a full body exam which I didn't even know the doctor did. He walked behind me for a total of 5 seconds and then left the room. When I asked if he was going to do the body exam they replied he is that quick he did it. There are marks on my body that I would of like to find out more about but her didn't have the time.
Dr. Silverstein and his staff were very friendly and professional. They took time to clearly explain the diagnosis and recommended treatment. Highly recommended!
DAVID SILVERSTEIN IS AN ARROGANT YOUNG MAN AS EVIDENCED BY THE 16X20 PORTRAIT OF HIMSELF ON EASEL DISPLAY IN THE LOBBY ...I WAS PAWNED OFF ON TWO YOUNG ASSISTANTS AND WHEN THE GUY FINALLY BLEW IN HE GAVE ME THE ONCE OVER AND DISMISSED ALL OF MY CONCERNS AND QUESTIONS ABOUT MY SKIN CANCER CONDITION ...ABRUPT AND IMPERSONAL AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ...WHEN I ADDRESSED MY DISSATISFACTION TO THE PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR IT WAS SUGGESTED THAT I FIND ANOTHER DERMATOLOGIST ...POINT TAKEN.
Wonderful doctor. He diagnosed my painful, itchy, severe Rosacea and prescribed a medication along with face cream. Within' 3 days my face cleared up! What a relief!!! I would recommend this doctor to anyone with a dermatologic issue.
I have had numerous visits with Dr. Silverstein and have found him to be caring and patient all the way through. I've suffered from an autoimmune condition for several years and he has been truly a lifesaver. I don't know where I would be without him.
