Very disappointing experience with Dr. Silverstein and will not be returning to this office. He was extremely disrespectful, dismissive, and unsympathetic throughout the appointment. He did not give me the opportunity to speak or explain my concerns, which left me feeling upset and frustrated.
The experience with this doctor was so not worth it. Rushed appointment, examined from a distance and the doctor showed no respect or dignity towards the patient. I wish I read the reviews beforehand, NEVER would have scheduled an appointment.

The way he spoke about me to the nurse while I was right there was SHOCKING. I should have just walked out. but I was so takin a back I couldn't react The entire ride home I just kept thinking I will NEVER see him again. So save yourself and don't go to him to begin with.
The doctor himself was not bad but was only in two days a week for 4 hours each day. The staff were bitter woman as he does not treat them well and blames them for his ever changing rules, and errors. The new rule is you can not get an appointment with the best Health Insurance unless you give them a copy of your Charge Card, Expiration Date, and Security Code on the Back of your Charge Card. I’ve been a longtime patient, and Dr. Silverstein is awesome, but his staff are almost unbearable. It’s a shame because he’s really a great doctor and a really nice guy.
I have been seeing him for years and he has helped me with many problems. Always nice and doesn't make me wait an hour in the waiting room!
Showed up for my first appointment, they said I couldn’t have the appointment unless I gave them a credit card in case I missed a future appointment so then they’d be able to charge me for that missed appointment somewhere maybe in the future. I left and found another dermatology office.
