Every one starting at the front desk were very helpful and Dr. Bloomberg is so knowledgeable and actually cares to get the right prescription. it seemed much faster then any other offices we had gone to in the past. I came from a my different office 2 miles from where I live and I had a horrible experience The wrong prescription for my glasses. I drove 15 miles because someone I knew recommended his office for an eye exam and it was definitely worth it and am a new patient now and highly recommend them.
I had a great experience here. So far the Dr and staff have been kind and professional. No problems or complaints here!!
First prescription for glasses was really, really, not right and paid for glasses. Re-exam and re-ordered lenses, still not good. Went for a second opinion somewhere else, different prescription that worked. A lot of money & time wasted!
Dr 40 min late to appointment because seeing another patient. Seriously why you make appointment then. The staff at front desk were rude. Overall not coming back.
Confirmed schedule 2 times over the phone you show up on time there’s no schedule Even if you are scheduled you have to wait another 45 minutes for optometrist to finish the patient before you Bad service and no professionalism
