called office to make a new patient appointment and was told I would have to pay $100 for the doctor visit and then get reimbursed after insurance claim. I have PPO insurance contracted with this doctor and office visit should be $50. I have never experienced this before and the girl who answered the phone was unhelpful, sounded half asleep, and kept saying that I had to pay a deductible!
