Doctor David mendelson has an amazing bedside manner. He is very personable, explains everything in detail, takes all the time you need to answer all your questions, and it's thorough in his explanations of what you can expect.
I am very happy with the care I received with Dr. David Mendelson. He explained my MRI results and went over my treatment options. I am trying a less aggressive, non surgical option to start. But I will not hesitate to have surgical procedure if I do not see any improvement. I wish I had sought out his care sooner. Another physician I consulted with said there was nothing they could do for me. I received a cortisone injection yesterday and pain had greatly diminished.
Dr. David was very professional. He was not in a hurry at all & spent time answering my many questions. He did my elderly mom's two hip replacement surgeries, which were both successful. I drove over an hour to see him for my consult~well worth it. Great doctor & I feel much less anxiety concerning my need for surgery after my visit.
I have been seeing Dr. David Mendelson since an auto accident in 2001 where both knees were damaged. His staff is always friendly and very professional. If I asked a question, his staff was very knowledgeable. He was always concerned as to how I was doing, and helped with pain management, but never pushed me to get something I wasn't ready for. Dr Mendelson did a total right hip replacement last year at St Mary Mercy in Livonia that went very well. He will be doing a left hip replacement shorty. I am a retired RN and very impressed with how throughly he explains the procedure that will be performed. He has an excellent team of people in the office. The group he uses for outpatient care are also very good. I would turn to him or his associates for any orthopedic care.
Absolutely love this group! Staff is very pleasant. Sara the PA was very informative, answered every question. Dr David Mendelson also took the time to explain my condition and treatment options. I would highly recommend this group.
Dr. Mendelson and his team have always gotten me in when needed. They had empathy for me even being young with knee problems. I'm a 50 year old woman with a knee replacement that is the best thing ever. Now I can actually get around, work and have fun with my children.
My visit was a good one. I was given great attention the entire time I was there and all questions answered at all times by everyone. Highly recommend.
I was VERY happy with Dr. David Mendelson. He was thorough and explained the issue along with what options would be available. He was pleasant to discuss the pros and cons of what I was considering. A very insightful doctor. I would happily see him for future visits.
