Dr Katz is the best doctor. We have been seeing him for 7 years now and I trust his diagnosis 100%. He cares for his patients. My kids love him. His whole practice is oustandind, but he is THE BEST!!!!!!
It seems to be he is experienced, but not friendly, and doesn't listen to his patients. He flips out very fast and refuses to hear your point. Calling his patient rude doesn't show a basic level of customer service. A doctor with this stubborn mind set and aggressive personality would not be suitable to deal with kids. I would never recommend him.
