I would absolutely recommend Dr. Chiasson and in particular for the Linx procedure to alleviate LPR and GERD as well as hiatal hernia repair (which is what I had done). He is very skilled at this procedure and has done a lot of them. He claims great results and although I’m only two weeks out from my own surgery, I am very, very happy. I set up an appointment to get prescription refills. I arrived 9 minutes early. The front desk person told me I was 11 minutes late and that she, 'had been asked to reschedule my appointment.' I asked if they have a 15 minute grace period. She told me that it was only a 10 minute grace period. She said they had 20 minute appointments, so my time was already half over. Dr Davis is very kind and compassionate, asks great questions, and intently listens. She offers thoughtful recommendations after evaluating reports and test results. I am never hurried and feel very well taken care of. Dr Davis is great about setting up next steps and follow-up appointments. She respects her patients’ time by showing up both in the office and on telehealth calls at the appointed time. The office staff is pleasant and highly competent. I feel fortunate to have Dr Jane Davis as my primary physician.

terrible office staff, terrible medical assistant, never as in they do not return phone calls makes me wonder if this is the staff, how do i trust the doctor, cancelling future appointments . i am done, there has to be better.

I’m sad I have to leave a negative review but the total experience is more than just the Dr. I love Dr Chiasson. He is amazing . He was my Dr and then I moved from Tucson to Phoenix. I made an appointment 2 years after my initial visit with him because I was having issues eating and I wanted to stay with him but the staff gave me the wrong date so I drove 3 hours for nothing. He was still there when I arrived because I could see him but left for the day during the 10 min it took for the staff to find another appointment. At ... read more

On my initial visit, he was late by a half an hour. He spent less than 2 minutes with me and left the room. At the colonoscopy, he didn't say anything before or after the procedure. He did not say anything about the results!

Clerk did not show the co-pay of $25.00. I was billed. Billing blamed me, said I should have asked for a receipt. I was sent to the WRONG place for my procedures by the schedular. I could not get a follow-up appointment. Doctor was terrible. Did not speak to me prior to or after the procedures. I would never go back.

Dr. Galeo recently performed a pacemaker implant for me. That surgery went very well. He has a unique ability to explain medical procedures and issues in a clear and compete way. He was able to explain the operation in terms I could understand which gave me a very high confidence and eased my concerns. My interaction with Dr Galeo reminded me of days gone by where the doctor-patient medical relationship was personal and led to high patient confidence in the doctor's expertise.
