After living in Green Valley several years and accumulating 10 doctors for numerous undetermined abnormal lab and clinical problems, I am pleased to find Dr. Davis. She coordinates ongoing lab monitoring and medications needed for my stable chronic conditions. The simplicity of her practice is fantastic. I hope I’m not going to get into trouble for saying this but she really has made an old lady who is disabled physically and diagnosed with autism very happy!
After seeing TOI and disgusted with the treatment I was referred to Dr. Cooley as a second opinion. He was kind, understanding, listened and came up with a plan. I was so thankful to find a caring doctor. His office staff was warm, funny and welcoming as well. It was refreshing to have a competent doctor and staff. Thank you Dr. Cooley!

I called 7 times to cancel a procedure. Had to leave a message. The voicemail said I would be contacted withing 24 hours. Nobody called me back. I finally talked to someone, and I asked them to cancel the procedure. Today Northwest Medical called to confirm the procedure. I told them it had been cancelled. Nobody from Dr. Safdar's office had let Northwest know it had been cancelled.
I have been dealing with PTSD from this office and Dr. Lin. Based on my experience several years ago, I would not recommend Dr. Lin for anything other than routine gastro issues. Other than the wonderful woman on the phones, his staff was horrendous, hopefully the offending MA is long gone. My phone calls were never returned. He knew what was wrong with my knee, and recommended a gel injection. He is thorough and also is a kind man. He performed a medial meniscus repair on my right knee. As a result, the pain gradually disappeared.
Disappointed with this provider; spends 15 min, not thorough; her staff answers for her on the portal and those answers are not thorough; also, not timely. My last msg took 9 days for a response and did not answer my question about further review. I am not happy.
Unlike some reviews I've seen, I had a very positive experience with the Northwest Medical staff. Dr. Srivastava was a different story. I saw he had mixed reviews but took the appointment because I've been waiting ages for a primary care appointment.He seemed annoyed that I wanted to tell him the symptoms that I came in to talk about, which have kept me out of work for the past couple years.
