From the moment I walked through the door it was a great experience. No stress. Kathy was helpful and easy to talk to. Shout out to my hygienist Alyson she hooked me up. She gave me X-rays and a cleaning. Dr Nelms was Amazing she created a treatment plan and gave me next steps to keep me SMILING. Thanks Ladies I’ll definitely be back.
All the people whom I have encountered at Five Points Family Dentist are friendly and helpful and competent. I went in for a cleaning but need to have a fair amount of fillings that have broken off replaced. Dr. Nelms and her staff were very considerate about the cost and offered ways to cut the upfront cost. It was nice to have such a caring dentist.
Dr.Nelms and her entire staff are very informative about what procedures are needed and how they will perform them. Always looking out for the patient. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone who has anxiety about dental appointments.
Enjoyed my visit yesterday. As always, Christy is just easy to talk to and very gentle during my cleaning. I am enjoying getting to know Dr. Nelms and her upbeat personality. Great visit
