I have been going to this practice for years. Unless you have an early appointment, prepare to wait a long time. Today, I went for a late morning appointment. I came 10 minutes early and signed in. While I waited, 2 other people had to leave because they were waiting well past their appointment time. 50 minutes after signing in , the receptionist called me to the window and accused me of putting the wrong arrival time!
