Love my new dentist! I grew up threaten with the dentist if I did not do as I was told. Dr. Parker is so conscientious about his patients and the work he does. Fear of dentist is all gone.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I had the best experience at Dr. Parkers office, that I felt it was necessary to share my story. I'm not an easy patient to work on because I've had a knee replacement, hip surgery and a bypass which makes me at high risk for infections/complications, but Dr. Parker knew exactly how to take care of me so that problem didn't arise. I dread it everytime i have to come to this place to bring my son the wait is always longggggg!! It is totally unprofessional and I hate it! I go to advanced dental i am there every 3 months faithfully and when i walk thru the door my wait time has always been less than 10 mins from the time i walk in to the time they start my cleaning so with that being said i know that it can be done this place needs to get it together!!

I would like to start by saying that yes wait times are lengthy but you have to understand all that goes on, there may be a patient that had 11 teeth pulled before you (which happened in my case). What matters is bedside manner and the entire staff treating you like a friend. I work in sales so that aspect is super important to me, as it is vital for my business as well. The staff to include Dr. Mason from the receptionist to the hygienists is on point and not only personable but able to read how you feel and act accordingly... read more

Son had an appointment this morning for 9:30. I understand sometimes patients need extra time and I have no problem with that. We were finally take back at 10:00, we sat there for over an hour as I watched other patients, who came in after we did with later appointments leave. I even asked one of them what time their appointment was, he said 10:00. I asked the tech that had taken us back why that was, he said some are only there for hygienist, but I watched the doctor come and go after an exam. Needless to say I am now looki... read more

I had a dental emergency, first time being seen. So much better than the big conglomerates who are really in business to upsell you. Yes, the office was busy but every one seemed happy(as happy as you can be at a dentist appointment) and things ran smoothly, is it a perfect office? no, but will I be returning, you betcha! Thank you to Dr. Mason and Izzy.

Wow! Dentist is well worth the wait, can't even tell he's giving you a shot and my teeth feel great!
