Dr. Myers is a great doctor. I would recommend him for anyone who is having any issues with depression or anxiety. I had some sessions with him that were very successful in helping me understand where my issues were coming from, my triggers, and really understanding why I think the way that I do and why I revisit the unwanted habits that I struggle with.
