Dr. David Hurwitz is a skilled, perfectionist as a dentist. His calming, joyful personality along with his consistent, long time, professional assistants helped me to make a decision to use InVisalign. My teeth were misaligned and causing my jaws pain. I came to Dr. Hurwitz practice due to a medical emergency, as I had fractured a tooth, on which I had previously had a root canal treatment. Despite the short notice - and being a new patient at his practice - I immediately received an appointment for the following day. It had been a while since I had been to the dentist. Dr. Hurwitz was extremely thorough and meticulous, exactly what you want in a dentist. Dr. Hurwitz made the experience enjoyable and I enjoyed the classical music playing in the background. His staff is lovely and caring and I would certainly recommend Dr. Hurwitz!
David Hurwitz is a superlative dentist. I had some difficult work that needed to be done and he calmly and painlessly took me through the process. He loves his work and that shines through. Plus he's a really wonderful man. Everyone in this practice reflects David's excellence. They are pros and exceptionally nice people. Five stars and more!
I know there are a lot of dentists on the Upper West Side, but this guy is the best. He and his staff are so friendly. I can get a bit nervous at the dentist but he always lets me take my time warming up. He used to let me take breaks in the middle of cleanings but I don't need it anymore. I completely trust these guys! Dr. Hurwitz is also one of the funniest guys too. He always makes me laugh.... and that's from his jokes - not the laughing gas. I would recommend this guy to anyone.

It was about 6 years ago that I first came to David Hurwitz after having suffered an accident which resulted in the loss of my front tooth. Traumatic as it was, Dr. Hurwitz made himself available for an emergency appointment and immediately made me feel reassured that my problem was solvable.
