It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am.
