I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here.
