I took my 06 cobalt lt in yesterday for the open recall for the power steering motor. The replaced it and now my steering wheel does not come back at all. It is practically impossible to turn! I took it back in today and they gave me some bs line that I need a new rack and its not there problem. They also informed me that it popped the code for the rack which I was never notified of until I brought it back in today.
