David was highly recommended by a family member who had a great experience. I contacted David and after a couple of weeks we eventually set up a time for him to come to my home on June 11th. I thought the walkthrough and explanation of my needs was clear and overall the in home consultation went well. On June 16th I had to reach out and ask if our estimate was done and it wasn't.
