Well positive, he shook my hand. First time to this Ortho Indy place for my feet. You cannot get a live person to make an appointment. You go through all these questions then AI says doctors names. U are to pick one. I picked him. I didn't know his specialty. The office called a couple days before appointment. Was questioning why I made this appointment and what did I need to be seen for.
