Dr Brokaw was extremely knowledgeable and helpful concerning my health issues. He was very easy to talk to.

Are we talking about the same Dr. and location here? The wait times are absolutely ridiculous at this location! 45 minutes after my appointment time I finally went to the desk to make sure that I was checked in, it wasn’t until then that I was called back. Then wait another 15-20 minutes in the room. I have no problems waiting if I were to receive respectful healthcare from a medical professional! Dr Brokaw was very rude not letting me talk and explain my ankle pain. Saying he will talk and then will let me talk. Well when it was time for me to talk he was walking towards me and my husband, and left the room to go across the hall to see another patient. The nurse in the room was dumbfounded as we were saying I guess he left me to answer all the questions....beware! Not good.
