Dr. Truluck has been my doctor for 18 years, he treat me like family, and takes care of my health better than any doctor I have every met. If he can't fix it he will find some who can.
Very good visit, checked my temperature going in & they followed all the COVID-19 precautionary guidelines. Thank you

Echo exam all went well
Dr. Truluck can be trusted to listen to you as a patient. He talks to you and doesn't rush in and out. He's personable, knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone.
When I came down here after retirement, my wife, Thelma, had already paved the way for a heart doctor. Thelma liked Doctor Truluck and told me he was a fine doctor. Dr. Karavan has saved my life and for this I give him 5 stars. He absolutely knows what he's doing when it comes to my ticker (heart). Between him and Dr. Jason Goebel they have allowed me to continue on with my life. I have recommended both of these doctors to friends and my friends go to them and my friends feelings are the same as mine. Kudos to both Dr. Karavan and Dr. Goebel and to Grand Strand Cardiology Dept. for their care and professionalism.
