I'll be honest, the house buying process is a pretty daunting one. It really is a roller coaster of a lot of waiting followed by periods of frenzied activity. We recently purchased our first home. Dave was very knowledgble about the whole house buying process and was very available to respond to our questions. We happened to like the first house we saw so his work came in during the settling process. Our home is over 100 years old which comes with it's own complications.
