The housing market has been crazy recently, with pauses in both buying and selling during the lock down, to the huge rush happening after. Throughout it all, Dave was patient and effective. I never had any trouble reaching him, and he was always honest and realistic about the situation. Buying a house is stressful in the best of times, but Dave made it as painless as possible even amid the chaos of this year.

I'll be honest, the house buying process is a pretty daunting one. It really is a roller coaster of a lot of waiting followed by periods of frenzied activity.
