Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I told everyone how great they were the first chance I got. I have never had better service or care at any other dermatologist. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are an absolute expert in the field. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. All of my questions were answered during the appointment, which put my mind at ease. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

Very impressed with Dr. Pharis and his staff. From my first phone call thru the entire procedure, everything was great. Have never had a better experience at any doctor's office. Truly professional, excellant communication and service at the highest level. The home telephone call from Dr.Pharis the night after my procedure showed that I was really cared for as a patient. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. I was very pleased to see that their equipment was state-of-the-art and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that everything was so advanced.
