If I could gave him no stars. We set up an appointment for the same date at 300pm. He calls at 105 pm. Said there is nobody there. We said that my husband was dropping myself at work. He said we gave him the wrong address? Hello don't you think that we would know where we live. I asked him "do you go.to you're doctor 2 hours ahead of time? He got very irritated and told us not to call him again. Remember that if you.make an appointment with him make sure you're at your place 2 hours before the appointment. VERY.RUDE!
My hot water tank went on Thanksgiving morning. When I made calls first thing Friday morning David was the only one who actually answered my phone call! He switched his schedule around just for me and was at my door in 10 minutes! He was so professional and saved my day! He will be the first person I call next time I need any plumbing done! I can’t thank him enough! Oh it was also he was working on his 39th wedding anniversary! What a guy! Thank you!
Prompt and professional. Price was fair!!! Will definitely call Dave again should the need arise.
