Dr. Hahn, Scott Smith & Mireya are the 3 I usually have direct contact with. Every time I have had a concern, it is ALWAYS addressed the same day. I always feel like my issues are their number one concern. In addition, all 3 of them are always on top of my issues whether it is a small or big.

Dr Benson I felt treated us like family though scheduling dropped the ball a couple times, I won’t let that reflect on her and she made things happen even though!!

Recheck from ankle surgery
I recently saw Dr Hahn for a follow up visit. He wanted to see how I was doing with the Ilizarov external fixator he placed on my foot. I was surprised and thrilled when he said I could have some of the pins removed. I have a long way to go in the fixator, but Hahn said he was aware that one of my children had a wedding coming up in December. Start to finish this office seemed very unorganized and chaotic. I had to sit in the waiting room for an hour for my appointment, and then spent another hour and a half in the exam room. The PA was very rude and rushed. The Dr briefly went over my treatment plan and generally seemed disinterested. The xray technician was efficient, kind and thorough, as was the resceptionist that checked me out at the end.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr Hahn and his staff. I was on the verge of losing my foot when I found Dr Hahn. It was a grueling surgery and recovery, but Dr Hahn and his team were able to save my foot! He and everyone on his staff continue to be a great support in my recovery. I highly recommend Dr Hahn for your limb care needs. He will do everything in his power to make sure you receive the best possible care.
I was referred to Dr. Hahn by my podiatrist because of a condition that was untreatable by my podiatrist. So, traveling 2 hours to see Dr. Hahn wasn't something I was looking forward to, but after everything I had been through, Dr. Hahn was able to treat my puzzling situation. Dr. Hahn was very knowledgeable and helpful. We only waited a few minutes in the waiting room and another few in the exam room. His assistant did a short interview and Dr. Hahn arrived shortly afterward. He answered our questions and is following up with another University to try and help with my complicated bone issue.
