I just want to state that I am not a fan of any Dentist. However, my mind has completely changed because of Dr. Foster and his staff. From the time I first walked through the door till the time I left, my experience was amazing. The staff was extremely pleasant and very polite. Dr. Foster was extremely professional and explained the procedure easily in words that I could understand. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE DR. FOSTER IN THE FUTURE!!! Thank You very much!!

Professional and friendly dentist and staff Dr. Foster and His staff has been my dentist for 10 years plus, appointments are on time. The same employees has waited on me each time. (this is important to me) The employees know my history. Emergency is scheduled and taken care of. I would recommend Dr. Foster and His staff to anyone.

Friendliest Staff in Middle TN I have been coming to Dr. Foster and crew for many, many years and I am always greeted with a smile, and thats why I do not go anywhere else. Not to mention the space is always clean and neat with lots of sunlight. Very pleasant experience all around. 5 star ratings for sure.
