The secretary gave me the WORST attitude when I called..I asked to schedule an appt for my sons ear..and she said ill connect you to a nurse..do you know if its infected? OBVIOUSLY NOT LADY!! Thats why i was making an appt!! The nurses and doctors are AWESOME at all 3 offices..but the secretary at the brockton office is TERRIBLE!! Very young, thin, and RUDE!
