Exceellant surgent. Has good bedside manners. Knows his work well. I highly recommend.
If you need surgery I would recommend Dr. Affleck and hope he was available,
I'd suffered with severe symptoms brought on by Atrial-fibrillation for nine years, and after three internal ablations, I received the bad news that I was one of the few that procedure didn't help. The electrophysiologist said I'd have to learn to live with it. However, in January 2010, I underwent mini-maze surgery with Dr. Affleck at Ogden Regional, and he successfully eliminated the problem. I have not had another recurrence! Thank you, Dr. Affleck, for giving me my life back!

I had open heart surgery with Dr Affleck a month ago, and I am doing awesome , do to the positive experience with Dr. Affleck and all his staff . They were all very informative and helpful . I am on my way to a new life , and can only thank Dr. Affleck for that . I would highly recommend him to anyone who was heart problems.
Dr. Affleck makes me feel like I'm his only patient and is not in a rush to get to his next patient. He has a sense of humor and puts me at ease, while explaining exactly what he's doing.
