I would not recommend Dr. Krendel based on my experience. I felt that he lacked empathy and professionalism during the appointment. When I explained my symptoms, I didn’t feel heard or understood, and some of the information he recorded about my health was inaccurate, despite my clarification. He mentioned conditions I have never been diagnosed with and that have been ruled out through prior testing.Additionally, I was uncomfortable with how the nerve conduction study was conducted. Incredibly thorough. Takes his time and listens to me on each and every appointment. The staff is friendly and kind. I feel very comfortable with Dr Krendel.
He's been wonderful! For two years I've been stuck in either a wheelchair or a walker! After seeing him for several months and several tests he took my condition very seriously. Yesterday I was able to walk without my Walker for the first time in 2 years!
I went to see Dr. Krendel yesterday and I was surprisingly impressed. H took the time to explain everything to me so that I could understand. He did not talked over my head. His bedside manner was superb. I had a great experience with the staff including Dr. Krendel. They were professional and very courteous. I recommend Dr. Krendel Highly. 10 out of 10.
Dr. Krendel has been my Neurologist for at least 3 yrs … I have no complaints about his bed side manner … He has listened to my symptoms and issues I have with my Neuropathy Disease ..
Dr Krendel is absolutely amazing!!!! He listens to your concerns, he's knowledgeable with accurate diagnosis. Poor reviews on him are not truly who he is as a person or Dr. I can't express enough how great he is! I would recommend him in a heartbeat!!!
Immediately tells you that you need a psychiatrist before anything else with no cause.
I saw him as a new patient. Even after I told him that I was a survivor of years of sexual abuse, he conducted an incredibly unprofessional physical exam including telling me to take my pants off WHILE on the exam table, and when I was too slow at doing it (while laying down as he stood right next to me watching, he pulled my pants off himself and tossed them on the floor. So Ill just say this.. Look elsewhere. I was told I needed a psychiatrist. No tests other than reflexes and a general exam. Unbelievable. First and last visit.
