Love this office the people that work for this group! All the doctors are friendly and have the best bedside manner! I highly recommend this group to anyone.
My sister was having some serious heart issues and her primary care doctor sent her to Dr. Videlefsky on Friday Easter weekend. My sister had never been in the hospital and he told us if it was his sister he would admit her. He admitted my sister and did procedures and got her heart back in rhythm. Very good care if I could I would give more than 5 stars!!! Keep up the good work!!!
The same situation ! trying to make appointment -nobody answer, just music ! on the second day after 37 min. , finally, have heard the answer... promised to call me back. Waiting for 3 days, tomorrow Saturday-Sunday. very low level of staff service
Best practice ever. Totally saved me. Great staff. Doctor Patel has a wonderful bedside manner and is always willing to listen.
I have called and left messages trying to get an appointment for 3 days now. No one will call me back. I have even left messages that our medical doctor referred my husband there and wants him to see a cardiologist within 1-2 weeks to run test check for blockages. They won't answer phone to even make an appointment and say they will call back next day but they do not call back. Unbelievable!
