I am a former patient of Dr. Topa's and when I found out I was pregnant he was our first choice. We have been going to him for 3 years now and we couldn't be happier. Our daughter loves going to see him.
Dr Topa is a good doctor. Our son had mostly a good experience with him. The reason I cannot give him a five star review is because communication with him can be a problem. Our son had various medical issues in his first year, and at times we were left waiting for call backs from him for days or approving prescriptions. Obviously we know our son was not his only patient. But attentiveness lacked at times. Customer service training wouldn’t hurt for some of the desk staff, in regard to phone talk
