My family met Dr. Topa 16 years ago. I consider him the best doctor I have ever met. Not only does he confidently and clearly answer questions, he is not afraid to refer out. My older children still talk about him. He is the best!!!!!!

Over the years, having seen many different doctor’s offices, we have had experiences where we have felt as though we were just a “number” and have had no true connection to the staff. My two young sons (ages 3.5 yr and 9 months) have been seeing Dr. Topa since birth and I highly recommend him and the entire Pittsford Pediatrics practice. Dr. Topa is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We were admitted to Golisano with our 4 month old (at the time) for a viral infection, and Dr. Topa came to visit us and assure us things would be okay - it really meant a lot to us to know he was keeping himself in the loop and on top of our son's care even while we were at the hospital. Dr. Topa is an amazing pediatrician. We came to him after leaving our previous pediatrician and can't imagine going back. He takes his time at every visit, returns phones calls, and makes each and every appointment feel important and valuable. He talks to the kids in a way that helps them feel secure and helps them to recognize their role they have in their health and well being. We could not be happier!

Dr. Topa is very caring and knowledgeable. My husband and I trust him implicitly with our two year old son. He has been our only pediatrician since our son was born. We love that he came to see him in the hospital when he was born. dr. Topa always takes plenty of time to answer our questions and we appreciate that he always gives us treatment options to decide from with plenty of explanation. His office is very clean and neat and his staff and nurses are all extremely helpful.

Great customer care and service! Dr. Topa is knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. Our 8 year old daughter has been a patient of Pittsford Pediatrics since she was an infant. We recommend Dr. Topa and his office to all of our neighbors and friends.

My daughter has seen Dr. Topa since my daughter was born. She was a “frequent flyer “ her first few years-multiple health issues that had us in the office weekly, it seemed, and on holidays. Dr. Topa has always been personable, knowledgeable, patient, understanding and always spent as much time with us as needed. Now, at 8, my daughter trusts and genuinely likes him. He has a great rappor with her, and us-his parents. We have and will continue to recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

I have been taking my children to Dr. Topa since he started in the practise. I have always been happy with his care. He is a compassionate doctor. He takes the time to listen. In 2016 I adopted a child with special needs. Dr. Topa always makes her feel comfortable. He is an amazing doctor!
