Staff were kind and friendly, the wait time is very short if any at all, Dr Joos is kind and friendly, he really listens to his patients, He will answer any and all of your questions in a way that is understandable to anyone.
I was referred by my ortho surgeon to Dr Joos because he thought Joos would be able to get me in for surgery sooner than my doctor. I’ve seen my doctor since July and was under the impression we had a clear plan and he trusted Dr Joos to do the work so I could stop being in pain 24/7 and get back to normal life. My appointment was a followup appointment with Dr Joos. He was too busy to see me so his PA came in the room as his replacement. The appointment was a followup on my neuropathy test which turned out to be positive. The PA entered the room and immediately started talking about diabetes....stating that people who are diagnosed with neuropathy generally have diabetes. (I see my primary physician annually for a checkup and blood work. My blood work has always come back normal as far as diabetes is concerned.). Needless to say th... read more
