Darren was very efficient in getting back to me about a vehicle I was interested and made sure the car was on the lot before I arrived. I loved the vehicle and put a deposit down, later finding out it wasn’t something my credit union could help me with due to an upside down loan. I immediately let Darren know about the issue (since he had already written up a bill of sale) and he was extremely understanding and got me my deposit back. I sent my email , no phone number included I'd of done business with them but the person who contacted me wanted me to call if I wanted to respond by phone I'd of ether called you our sent my phone number

The reason I ask people to call me is because it is alot easier to explain a vehicle over the phone, or in person, as opposed to trying to respond with the information in an email.
