Darren was very efficient in getting back to me about a vehicle I was interested and made sure the car was on the lot before I arrived. I loved the vehicle and put a deposit down, later finding out it wasn’t something my credit union could help me with due to an upside down loan. I immediately let Darren know about the issue (since he had already written up a bill of sale) and he was extremely understanding and got me my deposit back.
